School Policies

  • Tuition: Lessons are charged in advance and is due before the first lesson of the month. You may pay by month or by semester. Missed payment will result in suspension of lessons.
  • One-on-one lesson cancelation policy: No refunds or credits will be given for classes missed. Students are eligible for 2 make-up classes a semester. Make-up classes will be scheduled with your teacher for absences made with at least 24 hour. Make-ups are at the discretion of the teacher’s schedule. Cancellations made less hours in advance will not be eligible for make-up. If the teacher cancels a lesson, he/she will promptly schedule a make-up lesson.
  • Group class cancellation Policy: No refunds or credits will be given for classes missed.
  • Discontinue lessons: one month written notice via email is required from the 1st of the month if you choose to stop lessons.
  • Addition fees: Invoices for books, events, recital fees, will be sent separately, and it’s due with the next month’s payment.
  • Late Arrivals: The teacher will wait 15 minutes before he/she may leave. “No show” lesson will be charged as normal and no make-up are allowed. If a student is late to the lesson, the teacher is only required to provide the lesson with time left.
  • InOne Music Academy will follow Plano ISD schedule for holidays and weather related closure. Weather related cancellations will be make up or the changes will reflect on the next bill.
