
A Few Words About Crausy Ross
Piano
Born into a musical family, Crausy Ross started her musical training at the age of four. When she was sixteen she was the youngest chosen from 37 Asian countries to participate at Mozart Bicentenary Piano Competition of Asia. While studying in the US she won many competitions, including 1st prize at Phi Beta National Music Competition, 2nd prize at TMEA Collegiate, and 3rd prize at Moores School of Music Concerto Competition.
She received her Bachelors of Music in Piano Performance, and Master of Music in Collaborative Piano and Chamber Music from Moores School of Music (University of Houston). She has more than twenty five years of piano teaching experience, and her students had been accepted into conservatories in Boston and Dallas. Crausy also has more than thirty years of experience in collaborative piano performance, had worked as part time staff accompanist at Moore’s of Music University of Houston.
Crausy serves at churches as worship leader, pianist, organist, and music director for many years. She is a passionate follower of Christ, deeply involved in the church ministries, serving and educating with a focus to utilize her talents and gifts to bring glory to God and pull others to connect with God through music.
